• Each player is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended without notice.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your mobile number, password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your device. Do not share these with any third party.

hk88 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account or any account balance to any other person. hk88 does not permit the use of third-party payment methods — all deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.

All payment accounts used must be registered in the player's own name — third-party payment sources are not accepted.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds, free spins, or a combination of both. Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement on hk88 welcome bonuses is stated in the specific promotion terms. Players must complete the stated rollover within the bonus validity period, which is also displayed in the specific promotion terms. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
• hk88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a technical error affecting a promotion, hk88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and restore balances to their pre-error state.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household address and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through the creation of additional accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games, bet types or minimum odds. For example, a cricket betting bonus may only contribute towards the wagering requirement when placed on pre-match or in-play cricket markets at minimum odds specified in the promotion.

hk88 reserves the right to disqualify any player from a promotion if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to complete wagering requirements, hedging bets across multiple accounts, or exploiting a technical error in a promotion's odds or payout calculation.

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting and casino activity conducted through hk88. Game-specific rules for individual casino products are governed by the respective game providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.) and are displayed within each game.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each bet before confirmation. hk88 will not reverse a confirmed bet on the basis that a player made a selection in error.
• In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or voided, all bets on that event will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport's rules as determined by hk88. For BPL and T20 matches, hk88 follows standard ICC match completion rules for settlement purposes.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the betting interface at the time the bet is placed. hk88 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout for any player at any time without providing a reason.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds (including errors caused by a data feed failure or technical malfunction), hk88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. hk88's decision on such matters is final.
• Any winnings generated from a bet placed using funds that were credited in error (including system errors, bonus errors or payment processing errors) will be voided. hk88 reserves the right to recover any incorrectly credited funds from your balance at any time.

hk88 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We recognise that for some players gambling can become problematic. hk88 provides the following responsible gaming tools to help players manage their activity on the Platform.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit can be reduced immediately but cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period as specified in account settings.
• Time-out: Players may apply a short-term time-out from gaming activity of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a time-out, the account remains open but all betting and gaming activity is suspended. Active bonuses are paused for the duration.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel gambling is becoming a serious problem may request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected] and take effect within 24 hours.
• Reality check: Players may enable session time reminders to help maintain awareness of time spent on the Platform. These reminders appear as on-screen notifications and do not automatically end a session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hk88 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following will have their account suspended immediately, any winnings voided, and any remaining balance subject to investigation and possible forfeiture.

• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. hk88 cooperates fully with competent authorities on anti-money-laundering matters.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game, match or bet. This includes any form of chip dumping, seat reservation abuse in live casino, or pre-arranged match outcome betting in sports markets.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute against a deposit made to your hk88 account. Any such action will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of the disputed amount from any available balance.
• Automated betting: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to place bets, exploit promotions or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Abuse of errors: Intentionally exploiting any technical error, system malfunction, odds error or promotional miscalculation to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal Platform operation.

hk88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any player account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe or provision of false or misleading documentation.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction or instruction from a competent authority requiring hk88 to restrict or close the account.
• A player's voluntary closure request submitted in writing to [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a standard processing period, subject to verification requirements.

All content on the hk88 Platform — including but not limited to the hk88 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, images, data compilations and game interfaces — is the proprietary property of hk88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on the Platform, except as incidental to normal use of the Platform for its intended purpose. Any unauthorised use of hk88 intellectual property will be subject to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hk88 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill or data arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance windows or connection failures beyond hk88's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential or special losses, even if hk88 has been advised of the possibility of such losses. Nothing in these Terms limits hk88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by hk88's negligence.
• Losses arising from third-party service disruptions, including disruptions to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or any other payment provider, or internet service failures on the player's side that prevent access to the Platform during a live betting event.

hk88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, hk88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to affected players via the contact details registered on their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Changes will take effect on the date specified in the update notice, or if no date is specified, immediately upon publication on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting [email protected]. The most recent version of these Terms is always accessible on this page and supersedes all previous versions.
